Terms and conditions
Updated 7 September 2026.
Who provides the service
The course is run by Neafisha, obratovanje spletnih portalov d.o.o. (Neafisha d.o.o.), Parmova ulica 53, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration number 8747849000, tax number 69649049, trading as Superable. Contact: alex@alexvolkov.com.
What the course includes
Superable is a four week online course with a fixed start date. It includes live online classes, recordings of every class, feedback on your work and your own final project. The contents and schedule are described on the main page and apply as published at the moment of payment.
The course teaches you to build working apps with AI based tools. No programming experience is required.
Requests and seats
The form on the site is a request, not a payment. After it we email the address you gave and confirm your seat. The seat is held for you once payment is made.
The group is small and seats are limited. If none are left we say so plainly and offer the next cohort.
Price and payment
The price published on the course page at the moment of payment applies. Prices include VAT. The reduced early booking price holds until the date stated there, after which the full price applies.
Payment is in euro. We send the invoice and payment details by email once the seat is confirmed.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason. An email to alex@alexvolkov.com is enough.
If the course has already started by then because you asked us to begin before those 14 days were over, we keep a share of the payment proportional to the classes already delivered.
Once the course has started we do not refund missed classes: the recordings stay available to you.
If the cohort does not run
If we do not fill the group or we move the start date, we tell you by email. You choose: move to the next cohort or take a full refund.
Course materials
Recordings, materials and examples belong to Superable and are given to you for personal use. You may not publish, resell or pass them to others.
Everything you build during the course belongs to you. We claim no rights over your projects.
What we do not promise
We teach you to work with the tools and to carry a project through to a working state. We do not guarantee employment, income, or the results of any particular business.
Some tools used in the course are third party services with their own terms and prices. Their availability and cost are outside our control.
Conduct in the group
Other people are learning alongside you. Abuse, advertising and publishing course material belonging to others are grounds for cutting off access without a refund.
Law and disputes
Slovenian law applies to these terms. We try to settle disputes first by email at alex@alexvolkov.com. Failing that, the court at the seat of the company hears the dispute, while consumer rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes
These terms may change. Participation already paid for is governed by the version in force at the moment of payment.
