Who processes your data

Data controller: Neafisha, obratovanje spletnih portalov d.o.o. (Neafisha d.o.o.), Parmova ulica 53, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration number 8747849000, tax number 69649049. Superable is its trading name and the name used below.

Questions about your data: alex@alexvolkov.com. We answer within a month, usually sooner.

What we receive

When you send a request through the form on this site:

• the name you enter;
• your email address;
• the text in the "what you want to build" field, if you fill it in;
• your consent tick and the time of sending;
• which version of the site the request came from, Russian or English.

Our host also keeps technical logs: IP address, browser type, page address. These are ordinary web server records, needed to run and protect the site.

We collect no special categories of data and never ask for them. Please do not put identity documents, payment details or health information into the form.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and discuss taking part. Basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give it with the tick box in the form, and it is voluntary.
• To enrol you if you decide to join. Basis: preparing and performing a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To keep the site running and protect it from abuse. Basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We run no marketing mailings. If one ever appears, it will need its own separate consent, and a course request will not count as that consent.

Who else sees the data

The site and the form run on Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). Netlify acts as a processor: it stores submitted requests and serves the site. Data may therefore be processed outside the European Union, under the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Correspondence about your request goes through our mailbox, so our email provider also has access to those messages.

If you allowed statistics, Microsoft receives page view data as the provider of Clarity. Details are in the cookie section below.

We share the data with nobody else and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

• Requests that did not lead to participation: up to 12 months after the last message, then deleted.
• Data of course participants: for the duration of the course and afterwards for the periods required by Slovenian accounting and tax law.
• Technical host logs: for the periods set by Netlify.

Cookies and statistics

Until you give consent, this site sets no cookies at all. The fonts are served from our own domain, so opening the page loads nothing from outside.

Your browser stores one key, sp-consent, holding your answer about statistics. It exists only so we do not ask you again, and it is never sent anywhere.

If you press "Accept", Microsoft Clarity is loaded. It shows which sections people read and where they get stuck, and to do that it:

• sets its own cookies: _clck lasts about a year and tells browsers apart, _clsk lasts a day and ties together the actions of one visit;
• records an anonymised session: cursor movement, scrolling, clicks. Text you type into form fields is masked by Clarity by default;
• receives the page address, device type, browser and approximate location from your IP address.

The processor of this data is Microsoft. It may be processed outside the European Union, under standard contractual clauses. The Clarity terms are published at clarity.microsoft.com/terms.

There are no advertising counters or pixels on the site.

You can change your answer at any time: the "Cookie settings" link in the footer opens the banner again. If you refuse after having agreed, Clarity stops loading from the next page onwards, and the cookies it already set can be removed in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can:

• find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• ask for deletion;
• restrict processing or object to it;
• receive your data in a machine readable form and move it elsewhere;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

How to withdraw consent

Write to alex@alexvolkov.com from the address you used in the form and ask us to delete your request. We delete it and confirm by email.

Where to complain

If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Slovenian supervisory authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, ip-rs.si.

Changes

If this notice changes, we update the date at the top of the page. Earlier versions are available by email on request.
